Phase 2 of Solar Schools now complete!

12 April 2011

The second round of primary schools in the Ecostiler project now have their solar panels up and running. Elm Wood, Jessop and Wyvil Primary schools in Lambeth have been given both solar PV and solar thermal panels to help lower their fuel bills and CO2 emissions.

Carbon Descent have been working closely with all three schools to provide a holistic approach to the project, delivering climate change lessons and assemblies for pupils, attending parents' evenings and speaking at staff training days to ensure the schools make the most of their new technologies.
